We are extremely proud to be celebrating the 10-year work anniversary of Rich Willis, Executive Director of Client Services in our Silver Spring office. Rich is a true success story in his 10 years at Lifematters, having worked in almost every department — including billing, payroll and accounting — before eventually making his way to our client services team. Once there, he quickly ascended from a Client Service Coordinator to a Client Service Director on his way to his current role. Along the way, Rich developed not only new technical skills, but new client and employee management skills as he and his team serve over 300 clients a day.
Personally, Rich been a tremendous teacher to me, explaining how he and his staff manages and motivates the large team of caregivers who support our clients. His many years have given him an in-depth knowledge of all client services and most billing situations, allowing him to have unique insight into issues that cross both departments. His calm, steady demeanor and incredible patience make him a strong leader and a valued educator to me and others.
Congratulations to Rich for reaching this milestone at Lifematters, and we wish him many more years of continued success.
