Home Care

The aging process brings many challenges into the lives of those you love. Whether it be illness, disability, Dementia, chronic health issues, or everyday challenges, seniors often need a little extra help to maintain a high quality of life in their later years.

In-home care allows your loved ones access to the care they need without sacrificing their independence or dignity. At Lifematters, we employ a large team of compassionate and certified care aides and nursing assistants who are trained to meet the unique needs of every client and bring quality care to the comfort of home. Our mission is to maintain our clients’ highest quality of life. We know that means helping them manage their health while also providing the safety and companionship that is so vital to human happiness.

At a time like this, you should be able to spend time with your loved ones as a caring family member, not a full-time caregiver. We’re here to help you focus on what matters most.

Private Nursing

If your loved one needs specialized medical care, our team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are qualified to offer one-on-one medical care from the comfort of home. From making sure your loved one takes their medication on time, to providing compassionate hospice and end-of life support, our private duty nurses work in tandem with your loved one’s other health care providers to ensure they receive the care they need, without unnecessary hospitalization.

A private nurse can aid in the areas that require medical training. You can trust our staff to provide customized medical care with empathy and expertise, freeing up your time to focus on being a loving family member.

Caregiver

Neurodegenerative Care

At Lifematters, we understand that neurodegenerative care requires exceptional patience and love. Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Dementia pose challenges to the whole family of those affected by the condition. Staying in a familiar environment is especially important for conditions that cause cognitive impairment. Our highly trained nurses and caregivers are well-versed in providing specialized care for those suffering
from these conditions.

Coping with your loved one’s neurodegenerative condition can be physically and emotionally draining. Let our compassionate caregivers keep your loved one safe and healthy at home while you take time to recharge.
