Over the past decade, Lifematters has become the first choice in home care and care management. Whatever your needs are, we can provide the care plan and team with the training, skills, and compassion necessary for you or your loved one.
Unlike other home care companies, we provide every client with a full care team. Along with your caregiver, you have access to a dedicated care team including representatives from our client services, clinical, care management and corporate leadership teams.
Our home care team is made up of highly trained and skilled home care aides and certified nursing assistants. Every Lifematters caregiver is certified in home care and is a company employee, not an independent contractor.
Our free downloadable home safety guide provides a handy check list you can use when performing a basic home safety check.

Lifematters has a fully staffed clinical department comprised of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Geriatric Nursing Assistants, social workers, and other clinical experts. The clinical team oversees every one of our clients for the entirety of our relationship, and provides a level of quality in caregiving that is unrivaled in the industry.
Lifematters trains our caregivers to help manage a variety of specialized diseases and chronic illnesses.
If you or your loved one live at an independent or assisted living facility or nursing home, Lifematters FlexCare on-site services can support your independent lifestyle. Our certified nursing assistants help with shopping, transportation, and errands for independent living; meals, hygiene and medication compliance for assisted living; and full geriatric care for nursing home residents. Clients can enjoy the consistency of being with the same caregiver as they move to higher care levels, and we offer services in 30- or 60-minute intervals that can be scheduled daily, weekly, or on an as-needed basis.
Lifematters has eight FlexCare locations in select independent- and assisted-living communities. To see if FlexCare is available in your community or for additional information on becoming a Lifematters’ Community Partner, please Contact Us.
The Lifematters Corporate Employer Benefits Program is designed for employers who choose to provide support for their employees challenged by caregiving issues. Employers are not charged a fee for including this service as part of the employee benefits package. Charges occur only if an employee utilizes the program and only for the services used. Initial patient assessments, home safety evaluation and interviews with prospective caregivers are free of charge. Employees are often confused by what options are available to them for the care of a loved one. Lifematters can assist them with supporting activities of daily living, identifying resources, or providing necessary services. Whether caring for a loved one that requires daily personal care or seeking the advice of a professional care manager, our program provides:
