Personal Care Services are designed for clients who have minor to serious conditions and need personalized attention, but not to the degree of the Specialized Care of a full-time nurse.

LifeMatters provides In-Home Care, Certified Nursing Aides and Home Health Aides to help with basic activities including:

• Personal safety and monitoring
• Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Bathing, dressing and other activities of daily living covered by Long Term Care Insurance
• In-home evaluation and assessment by a Registered Nurse
• Managing medical treatment and medications
• Meal preparation
• Communication with the client’s physicians on a regular basis to help inform and stabilize new conditions or symptoms that may arise

In addition, because of our strong industry alliances and partnerships, we can easily integrate additional services such as specialized transportation, chef-prepared meals and pharmacy consultants.
